When you make a payment by direct bank transfer we collect and process information such as Name and IBAN.

If you make a payment with your credit card, Payment data will be exclusively collected and processed by our Payment provider.

You understand and explicitly agree that the Payment provider will act as data controller of your Payment data.

We do not collect information regardin the credit card, its number, CVV code, expiration date, passwords or any other sensitive information you provide when you make the payment. However, we will collect and process your name to comply with the financial regulations and keep track of the income.

If you choose to pay by credit card, your order details are provided to the payment provider. This is set out in Article 6 (1) b of the EU GDPR (General Regulation on Data Protection in the European Union). The scope of the data provided to payment service providers corresponds to the PSD2 (Payment Services Directive) standard.
